Day 2 (Monday) Arrival to Arusha, Tanzania

Well we arrived in Arusha last night about 8 PM (1 AM your time).  Boy was it ever nice to get off that plane.  Next we needed to go through customs.  Very impressive that the procedure involved both hand scans includ=ing separate thumb scans.  Guess despite what people think about us Zebras we all made it through.  While waiting for our private bus I don't know that I ever have seen a 4 inch cock roach before!  YES, those BIG BLUE bags made it through customs.  Here is a crew picture of the six of us (Alex from Poland arrived 6 hours prior to our arrival).  Crew picture Bill, Mark, Jeff, Chris, Todd and Mario).

Off to the Arusha Hotel and sleep in a real bed.
