William "Bill" LeMonnier - REFEREE

I'm a retired school administrator from the south suburbs of Chicago.  I've been officiating since 1973 with the past 18 years in the Big 10 Conference.  I've been married to Barbara for 36 years and have 3 adult children... Danielle, Jackie, and David, and we have two of the neatest grandkids in the world... Morgan [3] and Josh [1].  Having the opportunity to work this game in Africa is an experience I hope other officials get in the years ahead.  I've been blessed with some great NCAA experiences... Michigan/OSU, Texas/OSU, Boise St./Oklahoma, & Oregon/Auburn along with international games & clinics in Japan, Australia, Austria, Great Britain, Panama & Mexico.  Africa, no doubt, will rank up there with all of these.  We have a great group of officials from the US, Mexico and Poland who will represent the game of football to the highest level.  We all look forward to sharing this unique experience.
