Day 7 (Saturday) Arusha Negotiator of the Week
Some exciting news just announced by the Arusha's Minister of Tourism. Voted by the Arusha street vendors as the "Toughest Man to Negotiate With" was "Doc" Armstrong by a landslide. Here are couple pictures placed on the Internet to warn street vendors to stay away from this tough negotiator.
